Cleveland, Ohio – The Mistake on the Lake
Cleveland was once known as “The Mistake on the Lake.” But today, the city is now one of the best places to visit in the state! Topping my list is the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Dive into the world of music legends at this iconic museum celebrating the history of rock and roll.
Enjoy outdoor adventures with hiking, biking, and picnicking at one of the Cleveland Metroparks. This is a wonderfully expansive network of scenic parks and nature reserves. You should also check out the zoo while in town. Or, if you like to golf, you might enjoy one of the many golf courses.
Topping the list of fun and quirky things to do in Cleveland is a visit to the house from “A Christmas Story.” Die-hard fans can even stay overnight! The house accommodates up to 6 guests overnight. They offer year-round tours of the house and a gift shop where you can buy some classic gifts from the movie.
