For instance, a couple of years ago I booked a client on a Princess Cruise. The cruise was the perfect fit, but because I knew this client did not drink alcohol (at all), I did not believe the Princess Plus package would be the best value for them. It is $40 a day more per person, but they had spent at least $90 a day upgrading their dining each evening and the premiere plan has even more benefits. So as their Travel Agent, I was able to provide a better value for them as I got to know them better and better.
