Somehow two girls from small Texas towns have collectively traveled to 5 continents, 64 countries, and all 50 U.S. states. We know all the best places to go and the must-see and must-do things in those countries. We also know a lot about the regions of the world. Even when we are discovering a new destination, we usually know what it will be like to travel to that region of the world. We know what to expect. Our goal is to choose places that you might not go on your own or are more complex than most people would want to figure out.

When you travel with Extravelgance, you will have the opportunity to go places that you never thought you would go. Some of our future plans include Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Portugal, and Spain. Trust us, if there’s a country that is safe to travel to, it’s probably on our list to check out at some point!

Affordable Exotic Vacations

When we are choosing a destination, we strive to make sure the cost is affordable for our readership. We want to keep our groups fairly small (16 or less) and our price tags lower than $5,000 per person without international airfare. We also strive to include as much as possible in our rates. And we add extras as we have budget allowance so you always feel like you are getting a good deal. We don’t try to make money on these trips. Our goal is to introduce our readership to all of the glorious places the world has to offer.

Personalized Attention

When you travel with Extravelgance, we’ll consider your needs and hopes for the trip when making all of our plans. If we know you need accessible activities, we’ll strive to make those happen. If we have free time and you need someone to help you book activities, we’ll make that happen. Want advice on what flights to book to and from the country we are visiting? We’ll help you find those. If you want to extend your trip a few days after the group departs, we’ll help you figure that out. Need help lifting your suitcase into the bus or finding outlets in the room to plug in all of your devices? We’ll be there to serve. We are happy to help you with every aspect of this vacation. While it’s not fun to talk about, emergencies do happen on trips. But rest assured that if something happens to you, we’ll be right there. We will help you navigate the issue and find resolutions. Whether it’s replacing a lost passport or holding your hand in the hospital until we can get you home or a family member can join you, we’ll be there for you.

Our readers tend to be women in their 40s-70s who want to travel the world but may not be willing to head out on their own. People who travel with Extravelgance tend to be women and couples in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. They have small town values and big hearts. Our travelers are solid salt of the earth people who are kind, generous, and compassionate. They are also fun-loving and adventurous with great stories to tell and experiences to share.

The Iceland tour delivered everything and more! Deidra & Amanda were helpful in making all things easy.
